Steps: Used a Radiatus Cell. Got the messages: Kurriko uses a Radiatus Cell. Hand equipment restriction removed.
The icon signifying equipment restrictions dissappeared from the status icon list (Hands was last cell unlocked for equipment).
Red X still in hand equipment box. Could not select from list either (hand equipment greyed out). Could not equip via macro.

It was not paralyzed, it was not interupted by moving. The message that it was used and my hand restriction was removed appeared in the chatlog. I have screenshots as proof.

Not a big deal of course, but a bug is a bug.
