Caladbolg that dynamite stick is nice, but it isnt better than apoc it give u a drastic improvement in survivablity and is does more damage apoc eclipse Caladbolg in every way.

I have my caladbolg its good, but it deosnt compete with lvl 90 apoc at all imo

well i know for a fact the apoc outdamage caladbolg and in a couple of months i will have apoc so i can compare them directly along with getting a redemption and we will see which weapon is best.

it doesn't <_< i've had my apoc since late 07. I've done everything with drk geared it in everyway. I've done it with caladbolg and apoc since the updates. In terms of pure damage ODD blows anything apoc has to offer away by a good deal. LR fix just further influences this.

well i dont have apoc so i couldnt even attempt to prove or disaprove you...but one day soon ill get apoc and do some test for myself to satisfy my morbid curiosity on damage output

Caladbolg's delay is relatively inflexible when it comes to maintaining your 7-hit, especially with LR down or in low buff situations where you can't make trades with LR up. Apoc's gear options are wide open and it comes with 35 acc. Both primarily use 1-hit weaponskills, so you want to retain the ability to eat meat as long as possible... Caladbolg makes significant sacrifies and switches to pizza much sooner. At that point, Apoc is easily the better DPS weapon.
