Hi, Grounds tomes are nice exp and all, but isn't it a bit too bad that all the field areas in the game now are almost completely empty?

I think it is refreshening to be able to exp out in the open too, and not always be down in a dark dungeon. It is however not very efficient to do so when the grounds tomes give a lot more exp than the field manuals, so how about lessening the exp gap between the two?

Furthermore, most people I've talked to find it very boring to stay in the same area for hours and hours, even when they're not even fighting, because leaving would kill their exp bonus. I think it would be better if either capping exp would happen faster, or that leaving and reentering without having used a grounds tome elsewhere wouldn't send you all the way to the bottom of the exp ladder. Or just remove the exp increase completely and always give a more or less static amount of exp.
