i wonder i did Nation Missions less than month , CoP , Zilart took month + , Treasures month+ , but WotG pt is impossible to gauge to find . So i think about maybe it need a little fix - level down mobs if player is solo go in BCNM type boss :O

The largest reason it is ignored, is that it doesn't open any new endgame content. They really would have needed to make Abyssea require WotG finished or something to get people doing them.
A better reward for completion wouldn't hurt either. Lvl 75 augments slapped on a lvl 90 ring because that's the level cap at the moment. Had we been lvl 99, the ring would have had the same augments but been lvl 99.
Oh, and we can get Atma of the Future Fabulous, which is a decent atma to use against magic heavy NMs like Dragua.
"Puppetmaster was our last best hope for peace. It failed.
Now it's our last best hope.. for victory!"
It's a shame that so few players completed the WoTG missions. I wish the WoTG Mission team's work would see more appreciation for their accomplishments. They really nailed the distinctly epic feel of the offline Final Fantasy games, and in my humble opinion, the overall WoTG missions' quality surpassed that of CoP.
The WoTG reward earrings and atma really are quite good depending on a given player's job spread, but their quality falls just short of the Divine Might and CoP rewards like Suppanomimi and Rajas Ring.
In retrospect, I agree with Mellowy in that I also wished that WoTG mission progression was more closely tied to area access to places such as the Northlands {S}, Walk of Echoes, and Castle Zvhal Baileys {S}. I understand why this wasn't done, though - too few players over the years earned access to Lumoria, and I don't think SE wanted to potentially limit access to such interesting areas as happened with CoP.
I guess we can only hope that, in the future, some mission like Apocalypse Nigh will be released that requires ToAU and WoTG mission completion as a prerequisite. That, along with boosts to the Moonshade Earring augments, might help revitalize the WoTG mission content. It's too good to be largely ignored like it is currently.![]()

I think it might have been nice if they separated the nation quest lines from the main mission line. It sucks that you could be on, say, Darkness Descends (a mission near the end), and get a shout group together, but not be able to schedule the next one because some of your people did the Windurst path, some did the Sandoria path, and you did the Bastok path.
I say you should do what I did. Do some /yells and /shouts and ask around in your linkshell, ask if anyone would like to start a static. Come up with a set day of the week to do them. Add interested parties to your friends list so you can send Playonline messages. Set up an out of game communication channel (like a web forum or an E-Mail list or Facebook group). Start at the beginning, even if it means you and some of the others have to backtrack and do missions you already did. Everyone agree on a nation quest to do (I recommend Windurst; the cutscene after Howl from the Heavens is simply mind blowing). It's tough, and it can be aggravating, but you'll get there.
