    Okay, I checked it out. Popper - which you can buy from the chests in Metalworks, Chateau and probably Heaven's Tower for 650 gil each - have the same effect as Cracklers. So they are the "Congratulations" fireworks. I think Cracklers have a "2" after the "Congratulations".

    I'm buying some and saving them for the next time I see someone wipe or waste a brew in abyssea.
