The Rules of Sending R/EX Items to mules

I thought it would be helpful to compile a list of rules of can and cannot be sent to mules on the same account.

One can already scan the entire list for specific items that can and cannot be sent. But it may be faster to have an understanding of categories of things that can be sent. For example, AF1+1 of any kind cannot be mailed.

This post will be edited to reflect findings. Any and all input is greatly appreciated. Remember, this is about rules rather than specific instances.

    What can be sent:
Short Hand Rule: Any items storable on Storage Slips 1-3 can be sent and delivered. This means:

    Abjuration Armor
    Assault Armor
    Campaign / ZNM Armor
Sky and Sea Armor, Accessories and Weapons
Weapons and Accessories from Einherjar and Therion Ichor

Other Items that can be sent:

    AF3+1 Seals

    What cannot be sent:
    AF Armor
    AF1 +1 Armor
    AF2 Armor
    AF2 +1 Armor
    AF3 Armor
    AF3 +1 Armor
    AF3 +2 Armor

    Coffer and Chest Keys
    Testimonies
    Attestations
Abjurations (the Abjurations themselves; the armor can be sent)
-1 Items to be used to upgrade AF2
Items from Limbus used to upgrade AF1 into AF+1, e.g. Plaited Cord
Items from "Trial by X" fights; Avatar Battles

    Pop items for Garrison
    Pop items for ZNMs
    Pop items for Dynamis NMs
    Pop items for SCNMs

    Maze Runes, Vouchers, and Tabulae

Backstory: This is all in light of a new friend of mine telling me he'd never tried to send AF3+1 seals to a mule of the same account... and Altana knows these things can pile up--and they can be sent. I loaded up my main with all kinds or Rare/Ex things to find most could not be mailed. However, you'd be surprised to find what can and cannot be sent. The Artifact series cannot be sent, however, so far, it seems that Sky and Sea gear can.

One cannot simply say,"End Game gear cannot be sent/delivered," as some items systematically can, and some cannot.

This thread is an attempt to make a short-hand of rules for what can and cannot be sent.
