    Can't Transfer already a week +

    Hello FFXI support team , i have BIG problems with account transfer cause ClickandBuy .
    In First they was no apply a card i was payed FFXI almost a year , i made one more card to pay and registred it , so what they do , they mail me to veryfy it , i did it (lost 3~EU) ok , then they ask me to send them a personal data including Pasport and etc. photos i did it , after few days i sended it they mail me to send them scans of it and bank data i made it too , now passed seven days and they no respond me and second day ignoring my mails , support team please help me somehow , maybe you can allow me to use another payment method (for Russian region i can only choose this ClickandBuy (_ _*) ) i just wonna to continue playing my lovely FFXI /cry

    I agree man they shouldn't ask you for that kind of information that is just way too much, I'm having a hard time knowing what to send since the customer service suck at click and buy not to mention I had to wait 2 hours for them to finally pick up the freaking phone. They gotta go back to their old ways already or use paypal or whatever.
