    SE custermer servis or lack there of

    ok let me start off by saying i have not had a problem with the transfer at all mine went off with out a hitch, but i have irl friends that do have problems and i have called phone support a cupel times to ask questions for them. i just got off the phone this last time to ask if the pass werd reset for pol was back up. i was on hold for over 1hr that is inexcusable i dont care how busy you are. Also to top it off one of my ls friends while using the web chat feald has been disconnected from it and or sent from next in line to back of the q several times. has anyone been going froo this?

    I was on the phone with them several times and on hold an hour each time, I have been charged twice for this month and when I tried to contact click and buy got recording saying they close at 4 I am not happy with this bs

    Not really defending SE's billing blunders at all but were you affected by last month's billing problem where they canceled some IDs? It happened to one of my accounts and I noticed they posted a refund in the amount I normally get charged for that account a couple days after I reactivated it. I assumed it was just some retarded way to get around the fact I would be double billed for this month (and i was).

    I would just like to point out that Square Enix has taken leaps and bounds to make their customer service much more satisfactory than it was when FFXI began. Now I'm not saying they're perfect, but at least they'll actually listen to you and help you with your account. I think they should be cut a little bit of slack. It seems every business has an exceptionally long waiting period on their phones this season; I had to wait three times as long for my college's financial office, and an hour for technical support with my laptop/internet. It happens.

    no but that's some of the most atrocious spelling I've ever seen. "has anyone been going froo this?" huh? what does 'froo' mean?

    (Almost) all of my contact with SE has been positive. The most I've ever had to complain about is them being really really slow sometimes.

    How is this productive? I still have not figured it out despite following the instructions to the letter. I hope the accounts I pay for don't have to stay cancelled and it's getting very close. It's not the norm for me to have problems with this type of stuff so I don't know whats going on. I'm really happy for you that you have not had problems. But how does rubbing salt in the cut help those of us who are having problems?
