I have had problem with transferring my account from POL to SE accounts.
It required me to recall a password I had not touched in years. I have my password reset and struggled to figure out how to setup a method of payment. A bit after that, I realize that I need to use my new password in which I had not had time to write down.



I first attempt to remember it and I realize I could not do so. I try to get SE to reset it but I am told that I must remember it or wait til the second of august. This is where the problem begins. I spent hours trying to get in contact with someone by phone and live chat. I understand that many people are calling for help about the transferring and payment services. However, each time I have spoken to a CSR, I have ran into someone that was rude enough to hang up on me or cut me off before my problem could be fixed.

I am also not given any chances to provide any sort of info to prove my account is my own.
