    Character reactivation issue.

    I have been billed for the past month and I've reactivated my characters that were put in "To be cancelled" status but I cannot use them. I've even reactivated the "Cancelled" ones and those work just fine but POL refuses to see that my main characters have an active ID. What am I supposed to do exactly?

    I have been having a similar issue with my boyfriend's character. When I try to reactivate his characters (which were cancelled for unknown reasons this morning - he was able to log in fine yesterday) I get

    ERROR CODE 105: An error has occurred.
    Please confirm the status of any relevant options and then try again.
    For details, please contact the Square Enix Support Center.

    This happens every time I try to reactivate his characters. He has already been billed for this month. This whole slew of problems caused by the new SE payment method seems to not have been very well planned out.

    And the "reward" for putting up with this frustration is a new chocobo wand that telports you to the circut *once a week* not even once every 3 days like the old talisman recast. Awesome.

    I too am experiencing this issue. I was able to pay my past due billing on two accounts tied to my SE ID and was able to activate only one of them. The other account keeps receiving the following error message:


    An error has occurred.
    Please confirm the status of any relevant options and then try again.
    For details, please contact the Square Enix Support Center.
    (Error code: 105)

    Please fix this ASAP. This is absurd.

    The problem is persisting into today - still unable to reactivate characters. To make matters worse, I cannot get through to anybody on chat support despite being number 2 in the queue.

    yea i saw that bs but they are charging u for june 2nd - june 30th, so i waited till this morning deposited extra money in my c/c card thats sole purpose is ffxi, and it reactivated content id on se, so thats good.. now havnt got to my game yet still at work but ls community guildworks all saying i have no content id and its been 9 hours since i reactivated on se account so crossin fingers when i get home

    I am also getting this 105 error for the past 3 days that I've been trying to active my account again and like normal SE has not answered any support tickets what so ever or said anything here :/

    Likewise, they do not seem to respond to email support about this particular subject - when I tried talking to the support team about password recovery yesterday that went off just fine - it only seems to be the subject of reactivation that isnt being answered. I'm not sure what exactly is going on but no official statement and no service support on their end after already being charged is aggravating.
