    Currently, expansion packs are unavailable for purchase for PlayOnline IDs that have been transferred to Square Enix Accounts.

    Investigation and recovery work is currently underway. We ask for your patience in this matter until the issue is resolved.

    Recovery from Square Enix Account Management System Technical Difficulties (Jul. 29)

    Earlier, expansion packs were unavailable for purchase for PlayOnline IDs that have been transferred to Square Enix accounts. However, we are happy to announce that these issues have been addressed.
