Brigandier, read my post just a few above yours. Call SE's support line tomorrow during their hours of operation. Apparently they CAN unlink POL IDs from SE Accounts but you'll need to supply them with info.

Thanks for the tip, i'll give it a shot. Can a community rep confirm this?
