ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EXPERIENCE POINTS SYSTEM
The entrance requirement for Abyssea areas has been raised to 75.
In order to get exp monsters, players must perform an action on the mob, or a party/alliance member who possesses enmity on the mob.
Resting shall no longer acrue enmity on monsters.
If a player outside of your party/alliance takes action on you, you will not receive experience points.
Once you complete a regime/tome etc, you will be automatically re-signed for it.
Chests containing experience points shall now appear in non-Abyssea areas. These
chests may contain more experience points than their Abyssea counterparts.
There will no longer be a wait to receive tabs for completing Fields of Valor or
Grounds of Valor.
Fields of Valor and Grounds of Valor have been extended to areas of the following
expansions: Chains of Promethia, Treasure of Aht Urgan, Wings of the Goddess.
The experience points of certain monsters have been adjusted. Some shall see a
slight decrease in experience points. Others shall receive a very substantial
increase.
Sample monster receiving a decrease: Colibri.
Sample monster receiving an increase: Soulflayer.
ITEMS ADJUSTMENTS
The stagger system will be removed from all events. However, the minimum drop rate
for all items will be no lower than 50%.
Treasure Hunter can boost drop rates by up to 50%.
Alexandrites will now drop from certain monsters outside of Salvage.
Crystals will now stack to 99.
Clusters from Elementals shall break down to 99 crystals.
New recipes for bullets have been added.
It will now be possible to register to receive seals for a specific job for completing regimes in Abyssea areas.
AF3 Base Armor shall now appear in chests scattered across all Abyssea zones. But be careful...
JOB ADJUSTMENTS
Enmity caps will now vary by job. Some jobs shall see an increase in enmity caps, others a decrease.
The A.I. of Automatons has been adjusted.
The following jobs shall receive access to spells:
Dark Knight: Absorb-ATK, Absorb-DEF, Absorb-EVA
Paladin: Flash II
Red Mage, Scholar: Cure V
Red Mage: Tier III Enspells
The formula for the potency of healing spells has been modified, placing a strong
emphasis on the role of the Healing Magic stat.
The following jobs shall receive new traits and Abilities:
Corsair: Solitaire
Dancer: Auto-Regain I & II, Rousing Jig
Dark Knight: Magic Attack Bonus I
Samurai: Kyudo
Thief: Subtle Blow, Triple Attack II
It will now be possible for Puppetmasters to instruct their pets to stand at maximum distance from monsters.
It will now be possible for Beastmasters to charm more large frame monsters.
The skill up rates for the following skills have received substancial increased:
Summoning Magic
Guard

Sanraku shall now give increased Zeni for Soul Plates.
The requirement for having multiple participants for Assault, Nyzul Isle, Salvage, and other event areas has been lifted.
There will be additional Airships and Ferries going between cities.
Monster shall become passive after reaching a certain distance from their spawn
locations.
