Read the reason I put for it. i considered blm for it first but the honor and "Patriotism" of a pld overwrites blm sending people to anywhere. Where a pld would be a nation specific warper. Thus more suiting for the role. There is no honor for a nation in a blm using repat. they just send people anywhere warp warp2 ... this is more about your nation and pride. I still see it falling more in a paladin role. ( Even if a blm can use warp or warp2 nothing about a blm and there honor for there home nation)
