Devs will not mess with in game AI. so any idea requiring them to do so is moot example PUP.
also for short ready tp moves and spells for YEARS people have been using whats called an "On Event" tool i.e. soon as your chat log sees " Sweeper readies Meltdown" you cast stun same principle for tp moves. now apply that to your JT and add in the fact that alot of moves cant be stopped and you see a glaring flaw. Not mentioning the devs would have to create a new game mechanic to do so unless you want it working off the proc system then they would need to use voidwatch short term procs. even then the trait would be over powered or pointless due to holding tp to ws making you do less damage.
