What is the update going to consist of? I see from the notes that it is going to fix the /yell command, but what else?

July 25th, 2011 20:00 to July 26th, 2011 3:30 PDT in case you want to know the times too.

6 and a half hours. That's about right for them to "fix" yell.

Pretty sure they're only fixing Yell so it's not always off when you log in. Which is nice considering I always see "on" yells more than anything.

Usually events don't require a maintenance to start up, if this one does then it has to be huge XP~

These times must be a mistake, that's JP prime time, not EU prime time!?

Just checked again, its from 20:00 to 3:30 PDT.

Which is from 0:00 to 5:30 CST my time. Woot!
