Automatons don't cast Enhancing spells. I suspect this is related to attachments giving something similar to it.
Protect : Armor Plate I/II
Shell : Mana Jammer I/II
Haste : Turbo Charger
* Snapshot : Drum Magazine
* Fast Cast : Mana Booster
Blaze Spikes : Reactive Shield
Enthunder : Volt Gun
Erase : Eraser
Dispel : Disruptor
etc

Ofcourse, it could still cast some basic spells like Protect and Shell on the master at least...
