I did look at the bigger picture and it doesn't involve PS2. lol
Isn't there a limit to how many /yells one can do in jeuno? They should extend it to shout... it really is obnoxious.
Sometimes spamming is necessary, if you sent a message and the types of players you were looking for didnt happen to be in Jeuno at that very moment, but in fact were there 5-10 seconds later, they wouldnt see it. And it would be just your luck that if you did not say the message again in a short period of time, that player/players may have left, and it could have been a player that would have been interested in it. You never know when people will be zoning in and out. And every second counts when you are looking for help. I think its necessary to find people.
Even sometimes when you just look at them, you get that lazy feeling like..."you know what, i kinda want to do that, but meh, ill just wait". Then like 5 minutes after seeing the message spammed your like, "well, screw it, nothing else is going on, ill just do this now then". How it always works for me.
What would really be cool is if SE would put a GM in PJ. Everyone would be so busy gawping, bowing, scraping and courtseying at them they would just shut up.
Then there would be MASSIVE lag from all the people crowding into PJ to see the GM, the game on all servers would crash and people would post here to complain........................![]()

Proud to be "Old School" and to have completed CoP pre-nerf
Honestly, as said before, just don't sit around in PJ. If you want to use the abyssea NPCs, they're in each zone, I usually sit in Ru'Lude unless I'm specifically -looking- for shouts.
This is an unnecessary complaint, really.
Opinions are opinions. Keep 'em that way.
