How badly is Fishing broken?

Vast majority of people that fish are bots, idk why it's still in the game.

I am not a bot. Why do people think that everyone is a cheat or a bot? Same applies to you as it does to Bumbeen. Don't assume that some one is cheating unless you have proof positive.
