Chululu quest loop

Just tried talking to Chululu in Lower Jeuno to try out the new quests and she's locked me in position as if to start the quest and nothing else happening. Can't move, can't log out. I completed the Tarut Card quest several weeks ago. Only way I could recover was by force quitting the game.
