Yell filter should not be turned on every time you log in.

Nobody will use this feature if they think no one will hear you; and the chances that no one will hear you are high if it keeps getting turned on every time you log in.

There's no reason for this. If people dont want to see it, they can just turn the filter on and have it sstay on. If you do want to see it, turn the filter off and let it stay off.

Side note: Yell appears to work in all areas but outside of jeuno only shows up in the area you're in.

For clarity: This post is requesting that your choice of chat filter setting be saved, instead of just defaulting to on whether you want it or not. If you want it to be filtered, then set it to filtered and never see it again. If you want to see it, set it to not filtered and you'll see it as much as you want- JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER CHAT FILTER.

They said they will be updating it in the future, so its just something to add to the list of things to do to it.

I heard someone say it was because of server stability and that yells were taxing.

Its probably off by default because they wanted to use less server bandwidth. For the people who don't bother to turn it on every time they log in.
