You haven't been pissed about drain samba til you've seen a monk do it with hundred fists.

Last time I had drain samba on monk for any reason (/dnc at 75 cap soloing FoV I think), using HF made drain samba go from draining 6-8 hp or so per hit normally, to 0-1 during HF. If that upsets you, then so be it.

Furthermore, drain samba is not blood weapon, it does no extra damage.

I also think this idea is terrible.
