    gold pixels replacing ??? spawns in abyssea

    oh crap if I knew you wanted this I wouldnt even started, this was a couple weeks

    THF 90 and BRD 90 BLM 90 (I don't have a main I have a identity crisis) were the jobs used when it happen (but I also have 90 RDM PLD and SAM if thats whats your asking)

    NIN WHM and RDM

    Area and Coordinates:
    o.O? I don't remember what the cor. were.. Happened in abyssea altepa, abyssea uglepetha range (spelling) and abyssea gruberg

    none killed the NM and when ??? respawned it was a pic of a gold pixel and when you targeted it its name was ???

    none

    Steps:
    Killed an NM (always an NM spawn)
    rested waiting for repop
    repop occured it was a treasure box

    Hi Garm, thank you for posting your concern! That sounds like a really odd graphical issue, almost like a corrupted file is causing it. Try running a file check on your game data, which you can do from your POL viewer login screen. Also make sure that you select FFXI data and not POL viewer data.

    I'm going to also move this post over to technical support, so they can offer you assistance as well. If this occurs after their response to the matter, please repost making sure to note the information needed from the template. We'll be happy to escalate the matter then. Thank you!
