If you lost your character name due to the server merge, there was something that you could do to get flagged for another renaming. I'll look it up and edit it in this post.

If you just want to rename your character, it takes $51 and 90 days. (Server transfer using a mule to force a name change, wait for your transfer period to be up, transfer back).
