Missing Classes

My alt used to be my main, however I switched to a new character, hence an alt with extra jobs. My main character not have *any* extra jobs anymore, none, not even at level 1, they are simply gone. And I know I unlocked them all, except for Dancer and Scholar. I leveled them all somewhat as well, spent a lot of time on my Summoner. Also spent time getting all the spells that the job could use at X level, except for the Avatars on my Summoner (had all the spirits though). My account hasn't been logged into since December 2008, when I last logged in, so I doubt this is the doing of someone and rather a screw up on Square Enix's side. I simply can't imagine how all of my extra jobs could disappear. I went to my Mog House just to make sure it wasn't a bug of them simply not showing up on my list, the only jobs I still have at all are the 6 basic ones. I submitted a ticket, so I'm hoping Square Enix can restore all my lost jobs and skills.
