Spheroids + Fell Cleave = Game Crash

While trying to Fell Cleave Monitors en mass for EXP/Chests in Grauburg [A] I observed plenty of people crash and recorded my own errors. I reported this, but no one seemed to care, so I'll try posting it here. People in my LS say it happens on all monsters of this type.

Not just Fell Cleave, it also happens with Aeolian Edge. Had a small party with some people crashing at exactly the same time, but only rarely, and not always the same people when it happened. Surveyors in Abyssea - Altepa.

    Internet Connection Speed:
does not matter, happens to too many people

    Date & Time:
my specific crash times are in the error log, (UTC-7) but should be easy enough to re-create

    Frequency:
    2. Sometimes, it is relativly frequent

    Character Name:
Batmanxi and Catwomanxi, those are just mine, it's happened to plenty of others

    Race:
    ElvaanM & Mithra

    World:
    Phoenix

    Main Job:
does not matter, happens on all jobs

    Support Job:

    Area and Coordinates:
Abyssea Grauberg K-5, but it happens in all zones with monsters of this type

    Party or Solo:
    Fell Cleave EXP Alliance

    Monster Name:
    Monitor - http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Monitor
but it happens on all of this type http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Category:Spheroids

    Steps:
By turning away and staying away from all the monetsrs being killed the game does not crash.

It appears to be an error in the animation when you're killing a bunch at once. Let me know if you need any more info.

Thank you for that additional information. I'll go ahead and forward this to the developers for further investigation. If there are any updates, they will be made on www.PlayOnline.com or through the FFXI official forums.
