gdi im trying to reactivate my content Id and it wont work... wtf SE!!
Due to some technical difficulties involving our payment processing partner during the monthly registration server maintenance that took place from Jul. 2, 2011 00:00 to 08:30 (PDT), we have confirmed that a number of users have had their Content IDs cancelled erroneously. Regretfully, because our payment processing partner has already processed these accounts, we are having some difficulty undoing these cancellations at the moment.
In the mean time, if your account has been erroneously cancelled, we ask that you please perform a Content ID reactivation from your PlayOnline Viewer.
We deeply apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
THAT ISNT WORKING SE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good thing I resubbed to PSU for the time being. At least I'll have something to do in the meantime.
Isn't working here either..
YEA IT WOULD BE TOO EASY TO JUST RE ACTIVATE OUR ACCOUNTS .... SE WANTS US TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS BECAUSE ITS THEIR F'D UP
Mine is finally back working, but it said I had been charged even after the payment was already taken out...will I be double charged?
i just got back into, i'm not sure but re updating the same update seems lame
okay it works now, just update ur payment info. and reactivate ur acc.t
You have to goto the payment details and re-enter your CC info, including going through Verified stuff. Once you do that it will let you re-activate, until you enter the new details it won't accept it.
Yay reactivation fee..
