Unable to login.

Details:
I cannot login. It started with input to FFXI being wonky, then I restarted and suddenly I can't log into either PlayOnline OR Square Enix account management. The error from POL is Error POL-5311.

I also used the password reset TWICE. I am CERTAIN I am entering the correct password.

I do NOT have a Square Enix One-Time Password.

Steps:
1. Open POL.
2. Navigate to Square Enix Account Password Input
3. Input correct password
4. LOL NOPE WRONG PASSWORD.

EDIT: I was able to login again, but only after I tried using the password I'd had BEFORE changing my password twice.
