Warpga would be epic, that's an awesome idea.
I still say a confirmation wouldn't hurt tacked onto warp II. Just think of the Raise confirmation prompt in comparison. If the player is there to confirm the spell, it would activate in a matter of seconds. If the player is afk, it would activate based on the spell's confirmation countdown. No fuss.
Depending on what you're trying to accomplish, whether sending a player home by request or sending a sleeping party member home, the process would be devoid any stress on the casters side. Cast warp on everyone after an event, and warp yourself and be done with it. All players that wish to stay where they are, simply deny the spell's activation.
Effective kicking should be done by the /pcmd leave command since a player that's trying to be a butthole can run away from a warp. Even a fast fingered mage can fall victim to "spell range" when attempting this method of kicking. That, and unless the Devs allow mages to run and cast at the same time, that butthole party member will get away every time.
