Here's a small tidbit of history in the Final Fantasy series you may or may not already know.
It all started in the early 1990s just shortly after the NES was first released. This Company was called squaresoft back then. they made game after game and all flopped and sales were plummeting on all sides. so the company decided to make one last game to go out with a bang so-to-speak. it was called Final Fantasy. This game took off and flew like a newborn bird out of it's nest. fell at first then took off soaring. The game saved the company from going out of business. since they they released several more versions of Final Fantasy and the most recent ones we love such as Final Fantasy VII,VIII,IX,X, and X-2..each one with it's own world, plot, and unique style...now here's now this history is relevant to the current sitch. FFXI one of the greatest games in their history ever made. however this may be their last successful Final fantasy ever made. I think looking back when this game has died we can all say and tell SE"You may have flopped with your last few FF titles...but you took us for one hell of a ride! THANK YOU!"
