I'd like a new continent with very large cities, a new story and several more jobs.
I also think a huge underwater city/areas would be cool with some neat magic flow dome enclosure instead of a bubble.I like water.

There's not going to be any more expansion discs. Any purchased new content will likely be in the add-on format.
