I was thinking of several ideas that concerns a possible "blink II" spell. Rather than simply adding more shadow I'd suggest adding additional effects ala "Enspell II". Primarily, yes a redmage now gets 3-5 shadows with the same 50% chance of absorbing an attack. I would like to argue that once a mob hits the "wrong" target, the shadow "burst" for additional moderate damage(say in the tier II elemental nuke range). Or, say each shadow give a garunteed stun effect.
Or, even stranger how about mixing the idea of regen with blink, that is give small amounts of shadows 2-3, but have shadow regenerate over time to max value while the duration of the blink 2 spell is up?
