You need to list more details than that.
I don't know what else to say the whole game crashed. Also if I try to log in with that character the game crashes and all other characters are fine.

As for the issue, as the first thing I would recommend trying out running the built-in file check, if you haven't done so yet. Hopefully that'll be able to fix it up.

Following on from what Dragoy has mentioned.
1. Close all instances of FFXI and POL.
2. Go to your Windows (Start button) > PlayOnline > FINAL FANTASY XI Config
3. Go to the "Other" Tab, and then choose "File Check Settings". Confirm the next dialog box that pops up.
4. Run FFXI (it should then check all files and hopefully correct any issues).

Tried this and sadly same thing
Do you have access to an alternative connection/network? Be it via your phone Wi-fi hotspot or something?
If so, try that. This has been known to happen sometimes and the fix was to connect via a different network and log in, as opposed to your internet service provider.
If you are then able to enter the zone, log out and reconnect as normal with your usual connection.
