I'm simply referring to the people who go to the bug reports and post stuff like "Fix this thing i did bla and didn't work bla bla" instead of using the template and filling it out. If you don't...
??? There is oodles of no job/level requirement gear that is specifically for vanity.
Did you actually check to see if your exp/cap/meripo changed in spite of the lack of message?
If only people actually followed instructions...
Remember guys, you need to provide all the information. Even if you think it's not relevant. The people behind the game can make that call....
the extreme vagueness of this comment tells me it's not exactly legitimate, whatever in the world it is you're even talking about.
IDK, I might be an outlier, but even though prices at the supermarket and fast food places and such have increased like 40-50% in just a few years, in part thanks to the pandemic my earnings have...
I wouldn't complain if -ahem- most of the permanent bans on both the XI and XIV forums were forgiven. :p
As I said, I think quickly logging out in town areas is fine and should be implemented. I just 100% oppose it in any area where combat can take place.
Normally yes, but I have done it before. Back when lower jeuno actually was crowded.
I've had to do that once before, it's only really necessary if your registry gets messed up. Though sometimes this can be caused by having backed up your FFXI install and re-copying the backups...
That glitch has been around forever.
You can click it and you'll get the mog house menu, but your storage will still be read-only because you're not actually in the mog house.
Hello,
There was a specific thread put up for collecting information about this issue.
Please go here and fill out the form in the official post's link....
Maybe you don't care about exploits and zombie tactics, but if it worked, everyone would do it. There wouldn't be any point in doing anything else.
Do you really want the entire game to be log out...
It has nothing to do with EXP penalties.
It was probably just a visual glitch from someone in the mog house zone just not appearing in the correct location for an instant.
The devs do and that's all that matters.Ut
But, of course, you cared enough to comment and make a childish post about it. Ultimately the ability to exploit logging out for combat advantage / death...
No, in combat areas it has a purpose, so you can't log out in combat to avoid death / strip hate etc. Basically if you're not in a safe enough position to be able to wait 30 seconds then it's not...
Do you have a screenshot? I've never seen anything like what you're describing.
It can certainly be an issue on the end of the server that handles Odyssey specifically. You really can't rule anything out, anything network related you should always, always do these things no...
Only people in your party can enter the mog house, and it has to be set to open, which you can only do while you're in it. It's "open mog" on the mog house menu.
It absolutely is a thing though.
interested in seeing if it caps at 9999 or not
You really should simply retrace your steps just to be sure. Just run through every step of the quest as described on the wiki again, in game.. I can pretty much guarantee you're missing something....
It's pretty silly if you ask me, it's not like we're asking them to make the trust customizable or anything, just give it a spell list with XYZ spells and call it a day.
If you're going to get that much control over them you may as well start multiboxing and be more effective instead tbh.
It would be simpler and more realistic to add a trust that cures but doesn't...
Honestly, while XI looks dated to a degree I think it has aged well and certainly looks good for the time it was created in.
