I'm completely for having open world NMs. Giving them super-niche drops(Melee WHM, lolthrowing NIN, etc.) that most people won't care enough to do would clear up any potential over-camping.

Based on the Goad items from the .DAT mines, it looks like there will be another trial. I very much doubt it will level the playing field, but it's wait-and-see for now.
