Mjollnir's triple-damage procs somewhere around 12% (I think; just repeating something I may be remembering wrong) on the lv95 version. As a result, you'd need at least a 24% effective...

OA2 Naboot is one of the highest-DPS clubs out there as well (it's behind Gamba and Mjollnir from 85+... and that's it), so it makes a very nice offhand weapon even if you're not generating...
