Bah...gimp 75s were around long before abbyssea and that's the cold hard truth. And people can get the're appropriate job skills to cap in a matter of days if not hours.

I think a compromise could be to make it a force pop but allow everyone in the alliance to participate in the fight to not be able to pop for another 3 days or so. Sure people could get around this...
