We need a Game Feedback and Suggestions page under Feedback.
Because clearly enough, everyone are posting game feedbacks on the Website Feedback and Suggestions.

Please give us an appropriate Place to post our game feedback & suggestions?

I don't think SE care enough so it doesn't matter. This forum has way more JP players than EN players. For the better EN community you would want to move to Reddit. The community reps also read it but will only read any feedback relating to Matsui's monthly update.

They clearly don't have time for anything other than Matsui's monthly update.

Maybe change the name of this forum to "PlayOnline Website Feedback" would get it across to those posting in the wrong place?
