Log-out not working when executed.

Steps:
I was logging into mules for points, and when I tried to log-out of Ashee, no text countdown for log-out appeared. I waited 30-seconds, and still no log-out. So I went to the menus and looked at the log-out button and it says "cancel current log-out process?" so I clicked on it, and still it didn't work. I had to force shut down the game and restart it. Also, other players on my server are reporting the same issue.

Update: this is also happening with Shut down.
