Red Crab Mount not mounting

Just got 500 grind, left the crab arena area, and obtained the ♪Red Crab item and turned it in at Jueno but whenever I pick it from the field it says "...command error occurred".

Both Raptor & regular Crab mount work just fine.

Same here. Just exited Jueno after getting my Red Crab Whistle and I'm get the same exact, identical error. My other two mounts (chocobo & raptor) work just fine still.

Same issue. The following text command works though:

/mount "Red Crab"
