CoP: The Road Forks Progression locked

When trying to finish the quest for The Road Forks and I need to talk to Cid to complete the quest. When I do, he starts his dialogue but he doesn't complete it. I have finished the other parts to the dialogue but it doesn't move forward. I have completed Exit Stage Left and Louverance.

I have attached screenshots to see the issue that I am having.

Cid is involved with many quests and operations. When you talk to him and he finishes replying or whatever cutscene (if any) ends, immediately talk to him again and another quest you have active for him will then continue. This is sometimes the problem. Happened to me many-a-times.

I did that, talked to him several times. He then goes back to his default chat of saying you know what I want. I even zone out and back in and he starts the dialogue again but stops in the middle of it. I can do that everytime but he never finished it.

Most people forget to talk to Yoran-Oran multiple times, both begin and ending of "Exit Stage Left"
Forgetting to talk to any of these people in specific order after getting Mimeo Jewel from top of Parradamo Tor will not let you progress to cs with Cid.

Also if you are using ANY type of fast-scene, or windower add-on that is used to make scenes and cutscenes move faster, then TURN THEM OFF for this (and many other CoP scenes).
It has been said they WILL NOT let you progress because they trigger things too fast and turn off triggers or do not allow you to view full scenes, which you MUST do to continue.
Easily, just use plain old vanilla POL, or use the ingame built-in windower mode with no APPS.

it is known to soft lock certain other cutscenes as well, particularly in quest/mission BCNMs, so if you see anything like that, that's the first thing to do.

I finally got it to working, i had to fight the NM again in the San D'Oria path again. Even though I got the cutscene. All is well and thank you for your help as well.
