Steps:
- I have all requierements for this quest The Silent Forest.
- I got all previous CS in Adoulin and Escha-Ru'Aun
- I got the Fistful of familiar soil KI at crag of Mea.
- I got the first CS when entering Leafallia.
- I still not receive the second CS when clicking at Drifting Feather.

So i am not able to have acces to the fight against Siren.

I still have "Inert geomancy bell" in my Tempory Key item. Is maybe weird because thats item doesn't look to have any other meaning than got CS at Adoulin Castle.

Can confirm it's happening to me too, and others as well from what I have seen. It doesn't even give a message or anything it just doesnt do anything when clicking the Drifting Feather. No CS or anything.

I had no issue at all. You need to figure out what you and all the other people have in common that the other people who had no issues didn't.

There are thousands that had no issue, and other than you 2 I don't see anyone else shouting about it or posting about it. Missed a step, got the wrong soil, have a quest active that's blocking progress etc
