This is getting to be a huge issue, this NM is always camped 24/7 and it is the only NM really stopping people from doing Sobek for Empy and +2 items.
A few Solutions:
First ALL ??? and any time spawns need to be lowered to repop a few seconds after said NM's names fades off screen after their death.
Second for Gukumatz you could either have 3 pop at once OR ??? spawn like the other two KI NMs.
Third possible solution is make KI drop to entire PT that way fewer kills needed.
I understand Empy weapons are fairly easy and Very well made items however this game's difficulty should be based around the NM fights or game related content. Having to fight other players over a pop spawn is annoying. I for one have NO LS at all and usually make pickup groups for anything i cant low man with 2 friends. Which puts people like myself at a huge disadvantage when a LS is claiming every single timed spawn NM.
I am at 10/50 Skins and I know I will finish the hard way but really the accomplishment isnt that the NMs are hard or the fights have a ton of planing they are just out pulling others and Hoping that the people you are with do not mess you over by logging once the have a popset you helped them make.
I love the game, just hate that most the so called time consuming or difficult things have to do with player competition and nothing to do with NM or game difficulty.
There are so many possible solutions out there, would love to see something done about this. Please. Thank you.

Funny anecdote. I just happened to be walking past the lizards the other day and some blu flipped out, thinking I was there to take it. In doing so he agro'd 10 of the others and died. Horribly. So I figured I'd live up to his expectations and took it. -

I for myself can understand the OPs concern. Just to give you an impression - I'm no NEET so I've to work to earn money to live. So it's only natural that I play at the primetime and since the servermerge it's primetime 24/7 since you can't play at JP primetime, EU primetime or NA primetime. Those NMs are simply overcamped while the droprate from gold chests are insanely low (took us round about 3h for 1 KI with and without THF while other KI's like that for Bennu droped like hell in Altepa [A]).

Though, I still think that there is 1 timed NM per empyrean upgrade NM was intentionally put there to slow down progress on empyrean weapons. -

Yes they are (IMHO) intentionaly designed to slow down the process - but the way it is right now you'll get a relic from the scratch to the last stage faster than this. And all you have to do for a relic is to spend money (quiet easy) kill 2 dynamis NMs and do the last Kill-Trials.

To make this fair, what they really need to do is make the other pieste link-from long range, then mostly groups would do him, and it would alleviate some of the congestion. But that hurts easy and we can't have that. What the playerbase on here wants is one of those feeder systems where the NMs pop solely for them the second they show in zone and keep popping like they're being shoved out of a Pez dispenser. -

Guku, Heqet and the others are a major pain on Bismark. I've occasionally seen Heqet up and unclaimed, though that's become a rarity as of late. Can't say the same for Gukumatz though - he's camped nearly 24/7 by all the endgame LS on our server, along with Sobek. And as I said in my thread, Amber farming is completely unrealistic and impractical unless you've got a full alliance that is just mowing down mobs constantly for chests and even then you are left to the remorseless mercy of the rng (random number generator).
This is not a fix, it's a stall-tactic/parlor trick at best to try and appease the masses. We know you're aware of this issue SE, please get serious about fixing this. All that's happening right now is people getting frustrated and angry at one another over this and it's not helping anyone. This can not seriously be your ideal way to limit the number of Empyreans in circulation as Sobek and the others are not terribly difficult at all. Nor should the real challenge lay in getting claim on them. -

Raist is right, the target mob may have alot to do with your issues. Some mobs simply don't give a certain color light as an example, and you need the right lights to be getting amber for the chests. Also, do you have the abyssites to "increase fortune with gold chests"? That's supposed to be a factor. There may be others.

I don't think you're understanding me correctly here - Capping lights is far from the issue (though perle can some times take a while). Lights are easy, especially since I have 3/3 Kismet & Destiny.
The problem is getting the right KIs. You need a farily large group to effectively plow through mobs non-stop otherwise you're better off competing for the NMs and hitting Red !! due to the abysmally low chances of getting enough of the right KIs out of a gold chest.
I can drop Colibri pretty fast on my 90 WAR (I cleave them because they don't give Ruby Light) but not fast enough - particularly when there are often other groups there farming cruor. The whole process is just a massive timesink & a headache and isn't really a solution at all.
We would be a lot better off with either forced spawns for these NMs, or lowering the timer to 5 minutes. Never mind the jerks who use 3rd party software. If I run into 1 more claim bot I'm going to smash my monitor. -

eh.. I got 3 V. uragnite KI's (zone boss pop) just skilling up solo in Grauberg last weekend...wasn't even trying to build any lights at all, just mowing down crabs and getting free seals in the process. May have gotten them so easy because they were the mobs where the NM that drops the KI pops (Melo Melo).

Sometimes Guka is crowded for hours, sometimes its not. Ive seen guka sit up a few minutes b4, id see it chilling but 3/3 so i go pop Sobek/kill go grab guka who sat there for like 5m.

Farming singles get about 150 a night between four people meaning you could finish maybe to stage 2 from scratch in the amount of time it takes to complete an emperian to lvl 90.Quote:

this does not need fixed, my LS just farmed 13 full sets for Sobek and 13 full sets for CC just by farming gold boxes, only took us 4 hours. your just really unlucky or your not killing fast enough

I for one am a supporter of increasing drop rates of KIs for alliances, that upon death anyone who has triggered a weakness can get the KI, drop rate still based on triggering red.
Would also like to see the potency/duration of blue trigger checked up on to further encourage parties to attempt it, many NMs have potent attacks that stopping which would help the fight a lot, but blue procs are just too hard to do without aiming for them. -

if anythign they need to increas the chests cap for the zone, thats the biggest problem. exp PTs sometimes dont upen alot of chests taking up the amount of chests that can pop in the zone. so if your farming chests and an exp is going on and others are farming chests then it would be a waste of time doing it.
instead of dropping the KI to the alliance just increase the chests cap, maybe double or tripple it -
