SITE FEEDBACK & Sub Sections

Please move this entire section up and away from the gameplay sections. It would help stop the exess of game content related thread in it. Placing it just bellow the SUPPORT section would probably be the best option.

No realy. This would fix probably 75% if not more of the problem.

Not kidding. Just look at the state of it right now. Who ever is in charge of this section, please relay this request to who ever is in charge of the forum.

Better yet, just change the name of this section to: Website Feedback and Suggestions.

That's a very good idea too, but since they can't seems to identify the word SITE, I doubt it would do much sadly.

Obviously someone checks this section sometimes as threads have been moved or closed. Why is not monitored regularly?

I mean seriously.

Next time I'm going strait to customer support and reporting this. Someone has to be accountable.

Ok. Who ever it is incharge of thise section. I'm filing an official notice/complaint with customer service. As they are obviously not doing their job as intended in monotoring this area.
I look in here to see what is going on only to be bombarded with post about gameplay and in the last 6 months only a small handfull of thread have been moved.

I have taken the liberty of reporting every thread on the front page that has nothing to do with the web sites.

So obviously there is someone here that is capable of doing their job. Please extend this to the rest of this section.

I have read the forum topic in the past (months ago), but with the way the forum is laid out, I had forgotten and posted in there. If this was named "Website and Forum Feedback", it would prevent the posts from accumulating there. However, I am not sure if there is any spot that adequately covers the subject.

They have all been moved at the moment, but I suppect it was because of the reporting. I have suggested a section name change and/or relocation on numerous ocassions, but they seem to go unheard.

I posted my first suggestion in the wrong area(here) and requested it to be moved, it never was. This whole sub section has become the sort of defacto game suggestion forum, I still check here regularly to see other people's suggestions.

eh...I gave up on trying to get them to fix this section a long time ago...back before the earthquake in fact. Opened a ticket with support once too....and they basically told me they had nothing to do with the website, but they could try to forward it to someone to see if it went anywhere. At least that person "seemed" to care to do something about it (which, I was very surprised given past experience with support). The support portal has been neutered about as bad as the freaking GM's these days. Guess that's really nothing new though. In the past, it always seemed like we get better help from the freaking playerbase on 3rd party sites than the people actually responsible for maintaining the game....and it still seems somewhat true even now that there is a company sponsored forum.

It's really sad......
