The issue in which improper TP values were occasionally displayed when using the job ability "Tactical Switch" with either a Cirque Scarpe +1 or Cirque Scarpe +2 equipped.
i dont know if 360 tp was better damage or not... i know that was causing a bug with aftermath level 3 not working properly but...

I don't know how it was adjusted, what if its a Hidden or latent effect? ;o
what if it was 5tick instead of 10?
Why does SE hate pup so much? It's not like 10TP/Tic regain on these was broken >.>
If they do it like the BST Pet: Regain Axe (Glyph Axe) it'll only be 1 TP/tic
Even if it was throwing out Armor Piercer every 30 seconds, it still wasn't like it was doing 2000 damage in abyssea, much less outside...
Sure inside abyssea if you wanted a normal mob killed faster and didnt care about ruby light let er rip. But on NMs it's hardly a WMD...

I'm kind of on the way of agreeing to both spectrums here...It was a very fun month while I had them...But we can't really be kidding ourselves. Anyone who has been playing this game long enough knows something's up when you have something that's an insane 10/tic regain...Especially with stuff like Sea Daughter only giving 5/tic for something like 25% slow, that's how much SE cares about their regain balances.
But at the same time...
I also think that the job really does need something like 10/tic, or at least 5/tic to keep going, Unless these new WS are godly amazing SE is going to have a lot of unhappy subscribers on their hands. Because most pups were struggling big time in abyssea, especially with how hard it is to control our automaton to manage in the high speed kind of combat of abyssea. The H2H really helped a lot of people with issues like this.
P.S. And look at how amazingly powerful a lot of the other job-specific lvl 89 weapons are. With stats like you see on some of the other weapons, 10/tic or at least 5 seems within the realm of possibility to still be balanced.
I sure hope its an upgrade, just got the weapon not even couple weeks ago and was solo'n some rather difficult nm's w/ my valor frame with ease... granted took me 30-40 mins to kill said nms but I was feeling proud to be a main pup. But yeah w/ sea daughter and burts 15 tp/tic may just be overpowered in their eyes.
Side note to previous comment, you can't compare this to bst's glyph axe or w/e its called. lvl 77 weapon vs 89... and bakka (i think i can't remember what drops it) is just a laughable nm compared to the t3vnm that drops these.
my first reaction I laughed... well, that's explain the new TP Attachments.
No AI adjustments xD , I was hoping they put it under issue segment (ofc it's probably working as intended!) on version update or general job adjustments with traits changes and such..

Big disappointment on this nerf , SE should just delete pup and say...
"Is our mistake to release this job, pup will be deleted on the coming version update, please look forward to it. In compensation to players who took this job to level 90, we will offer you an earth crystal, please check your delivery box."

I don't think this needed to be changed. Really.
The Burattinaios is a weapon with fixed stats that will dwindle down to inferiority when compared to new Pup weapons that are certain to come out as we reach level 99 (and beyond.) Sure, this may still be the all-time best automaton-centric weaponskill weapon in certain situations, but those Puppetmasters who never upgrade from this weapon will fall behind on the master's side which, in recent years with gear upgrades, has become a signifigant consideration. I'm pretty sure Verethragna will be upgradable beyond its current stats and will overcome the power of Burattinaios.
(A similar weapon existed for Monks: Destroyers, which held its own against the Spharai for a long time)
Looking at it in the big picture sense, it's certainly a powerful weapon, but it won't always be the best even at 10/tick regain. A more sensible nerf (I'm only suggesting this because they think it was necessary) would be to make it only 5/tick regain. This is still powerful, but it would also become outclassed in the future.
yeah, i was so sure it was gonna be at least 2TP/tick. i flipped multiple tables upon the discovery it was only 1TP/tick.
