Altho you were unable to stop the Beastmen from stealing the Candy, the record you set is an amazing accomplishment, congrats on your record, I don't think that will ever be surpassed.

I'm still sad the only reason we first lost the Astral Candy and our undefeated record was because SE did an emergency maintenance on the zone during a Besiege and as a result when allowed back in the AC was stolen ; ;

Too bad no one goes to White gate and people could care less about Besieged. :/

On Alexander no one gives a darn about besieged except a fair few people. heck..it only takes maybe 10 level 90s to fend off an invasion now at days....

Yeah, people still care. About the 75 who show up every time.

Besieged, with Siren's loss, is no longer a relevant game mechanic (at least not in any way the players have not completely abused over the years).

is there a way we can do like 3,000 rank 1s in a row... PLEASE i want to to best that record again... now if i didnt have school most of the time til may :/

or just get rid of it completely... or give us a better reward... sure the IS is nice for people without captain doing salvage BUT it did become more of a hassle then an activity

10 people is stretching it. If you're a lv90 DD, you'll still take some solid amounts of damage from especially the NMs. DDs fall fast if there aren't many healers around, and the NMs still have ridiculous amounts of HP, so much that 10 lv90s can't make up for the damage over 100 DDs at lv75 did to them. Often during besieged, I find that while people don't die too fast, and they deal a fair amount of damage per person, there simply isn't enough time left to take down one of the biggest NMs when they enter the fight a bit late.

I'm jealous. I wish Gilgamesh was merging with Siren instead of Carbuncle. I'm sick of losing the AC.

I have this feeling that it was their legendary winning streak that kept turnout so high all these years, and now that it's broken, some of that enthusiasm will drain out and losses become more common.

Ouch! I'll have you know that here, on Carbuncle... yeah you'd be better off going to Siren for besieged. I attempted to do ZNM's a few months ago. After I failed miserably I haven't since returned to WG @.@

I don't bother doing Besieged, I'll let other people worry about it... It's worked out fine since then...

Just wanted to add, I love OP's Sig... "I didn't sit on top of a tree for 6 years to get out damaged by a bunch of weapons that take a week or less to finish." Yes to this... I seriously doubt that "adjusting" mythic and relic acquisition is gonna be as easy as picking up an empyrean...
