Not really. We talking old threads here? or new ones? if a thread gets reported it may be deleted as a result of the report, other than that I haven't really noticed.

Hm, you're right, I don't see that one anymore. Usually if a major topic gets derailed or people do bad stuff in it, it will get locked with an explanation, not just deleted.
I can't imagine why a topic like the HMP one would be deleted. If they felt like the threads had run their course, why not at least have a/the moderator(s) post and say so? -

Geez, so it's like that? We try to help the game by providing ideas and feedback (which was highly encouraged), and we get our threads delete without comment and/or possibly "body snatched"? That's messed up. lol. Well, I hope that's not the case and there was some kind of error. Even if a decision has come down to not make any adjustments, that thread should be around as reference in case someone starts another like it and we can refer that person to it.

They're trying to kill the game. That is the only possible explanation for the decisions made in regard to XI of late. If they can drive the playerbase away then they can say "We had to shut it down, it didn't have enough subscribers to keep it going" and save face instead of having to admit they bungled both their MMOs repeatedly.
I'm starting to wonder if we're all masochists of the highest degree for sticking around. I'm not sure i'm going to for much longer. The people I play this game with are all increasingly apathetic towards it, and this update has been kind of insulting. -

It seems that the "Availability of HMPs, Riftcinders, Riftdross" thread was accidentally moderated. As there was no issue with the content in the thread, like Phoenix, it has risen again!
However, please keep in mind that off-topic threads about other titles, games, and anything unrelated to FFXI will be moderated accordingly.
