I can understand how it is concerning to not have a content ID available to you when you would like to play. However, Content ID concerns are related to the account, which requires Support Center assistance. I will be moving the thread accordingly to ensure you receive proper assistance.

I wouldn't have posted if I hadn't had several friends who also lost their content ID. If that was the case, I would have just bought another one.
I have a feeling it has something to do with the April subscription being free, and therefore, the system thinks we didn't pay.

SE support not even up
I always though it was dumb to do server maintenance that does not allow you to reactivate during the pay period.You would think they would have thought about fixing that years ago. I know it isn't that hard.
Ok so I realize that SE is only giving us 2 content ID's free for march. Cool i can handle that and am grateful.
So tonight im partying in Aby - La Thiene and I get kicked out of FFXI, but lets me reconnect. Only to see my main and first mule ever made deactivated, but the last 2 mules and ID;s purchased, were kept active. Wouldnt you think they would keep the 2 ID's that have been active since 03 active and cancel the last 2 activated 2 years ago? Really kind of irritated me since I cant even reactivate for over an hour.
posted in another thread then told about this one. So the questions is why? I paid march 1st. All aby add ons were paid then aswell (and have the transaction history to prove it)
fiance's account is talking about unpaid fee's yet we reactivated, at the same time, and paid at the same time, on the same card. Something is not right here. Although no transactions have gone through from SE i still cant activate my ID's and they were supposed to be free.
yeah that's exactly what happened to me and my brother in law's accounts
actually just thinking it over, we reactivated mid feb, paid the unpaid fees from previous, were billed march 1, 34.95 a piece (aby add ons, mules, monthly fee) so everything is paid. this really makes no sense. its only 5:30pm in japan someone should really give us a response to this, even if it is as simple as we will refund. Funny thing is, i can access PoL just have no ID's, Fiance cant even access PoL
well something was messed up along the way... think it would have been easier if they billed everyone and credited it right away... I have been on all night on both my accts, I just tried to log off one char to login on a mule and got kicked completely. Trying to login it said there was no content for the acct that I got kicked off, I don't even want to attempt doing anything with my other that is still logged in...
same for my wife and i no content ids and got kicked in the middle of fighting :(
so 20 minutes after the Registration Server is supposed to be back up, and no new information? No anything? Looks as if SE is going back to they're old ways.

i was in an abyssea party, had been for some time, this is really their mess up, yet, we are paying for it. as usual.
30 mins and still no extension notice? Even SE usually says if there will be an extension before its past time. or at the very least with in the first 10 mins.
Same here pretty much. They simply closed eveerything as usual and are asking me to pay.
I thought April was supposed to be free so I used the money I had on my card. Guess I should've expected something like this to happen.
Way to go SE! almost an hour late, and not even so much as an extension message. Since we obviously paid for this month, i can complain. Really Really outrageous. If my company did this, yes MY company, i had have my neck bitten off. But i guess since your SE you get away with it right?
Same thing here. I was able to sign in to a payment update screen, got a message that overdue balances had been paid (which, I'm guessing, is the waived April fee), but now when I try to sign in, I am directed to a reactivation screen. When I log in, I get the following message: UCS-5024. Invalid Process. Please exit the current application.
Seems as if on some accounts the process to waive April made the payment system think balances were not paid instead. Sigh.
I've got the same issue. My wife's account: fine. Mine: No content ID's. They're even off the same CC so this is REALLY odd to me.
well here is one for you, 2 hours after the maint was supposed to be done, its not. However on the PoL website, it says maint is complete, there is not even a notice anymore under server maint LOL. but still getting the same error when trying to reactivate, and still have no content ID. like i said if this were my my comapny, id be receiving calls threatening law suits (im not kidding it has happened to me before) but somehow bc its SE everyone looks away

Nope. I signed into what I'm guessing was the CC update screen (not sure, hadn't had enough coffee at that point), and after signing in, got a message that overdue balances had now been paid. I'm guessing something got goofed in card verification because of the fee waiver and that once I signed into the update screen, my card was verified for the regular fees (though not charged). I was expecting to be required to re-complete all my CC information, but nothing of that sort happened. Still, when trying to go through the Character Reactivation Service on the POL web site I'm encountering a server maintenance error, so it looks like they are trying to fix without acknowledging the problem.
Lame. Its not letting me log in, has SE said anything about this yet?
I had to pay the 9.99 for abyssea expansion that I got last month (no surprise there actually) now it's partly my fault cause I forgot to change my CC info before this month ... but you would think they would at least give me a chance to update my cc info before just pulling the plug and telling me I can't play. I'm gonna change the CC info as soon as they decide to let us know about the registration servers so they shouldn't be worried about that...

so my credit card has money on it and i played a litle las nite so whats the problem No Content id been active since 04
I have 2 accounts on the same credit card. My mule account is still working fine and yet my main account was shut down. When i went to fix the problem I got past the credit card fix part and now I am getting the UCS-5024 Invalid Process. Its really ticking me off. And on top of that cant call SE to fix it till monday morning.
People get to work and fix this problem this is stupid.
I have 2 accounts as well one is on ps2 other is on xbox which isn't working. I hope its fixed soon i been playing since 2004 and haven't changed any Credit Cards info.
Just FYI as noted elsewhere in the forums, the POL Europe site has updated the Information section with a Registration Server Maintenance Phase 2 extension with no set end-time. Good news, they are aware of and working on this. Bad news, no telling when it will be fixed.

Unfortunatly that could mean that they are either working on it now (Which I am hoping to god they are) or are putting off till monday to fix it (which if they are .... well I guess I won't be playing anymore :x)
Guess the only thing to do now is to wait and hope they are able to isolate what went wrong.

My CC was good and i still got the no content id problem. Se isnt even updated the org on Na forums so who really knows what they are doing
I was able to log in as usual, no billing message, no unpaid message. But when I got to the "Play" screen, went past the little "I accept" screen. It said I had no Content IDs and won't let me look at my information, change it or reactivate. :/

so i was able to log on my char but my girlfried couldnt says she has no content id when not even like 5 hours ago she was leveling and farming her seals for her armor
So they updated the EU maintenance thread... but still nothing on the US side or are they just lazy?
Still getting an error also, so either it needs to still be "applied" or ... it's still broken.
