Ya'll realize the event doesn't start till tomorrow right? Meaning they'll be invalid until the events begins.
Same here, It's just say expired =/ Hope it's was something mistake.
Probably sending em out early so people will have them when the campaign begins (and so some people don't get the code late). Its my guess. I see it like getting a pre-order receipt, just something I hold onto until Its ready to be redeemed.
Try tomorrow, when the event actually begins :X
I think the best thing to do would be go to the support center and find the spot that lists your problem i know i have seen it before when looking over the list of ticket items.

I entered my code and got my Gold Mog Pell this morning. Now... what to spend it on... I don't know.
I was able to register my code with no problem. On my square enix account reward code history it shows that I've entered a reward code for a "Special Gift: Mog Pell (Gold)." All good and dandy. I talk to the Festive Moogle in port sandy, and he wants to give me... a gobbie gavel. No Gold Mog Pell. I already have a gobbie gavel from the pen set so it won't let me claim the gavel from the festive moogle (gives standard message for whenever you try to receive a second copy of a "Rare" item), but it's also the only item in the list.
My guess is that the reward code caused the wrong item to be loaded onto the Festive Moogle (it's either that or I got nothing from the code AND mysteriously received a 2nd gobbie gavel). Anyone else have this issue? Or is there anyone with a gobbie gavel who got their Gold Mog Pell without any problems?

I haven't received codes either...only receiving my monthly bill emails.

A few people said it ended up in their spam... regardless of where normal SE stuff goes
Anyone in NA region ever receive their missing code? I have yet to receive mine and haven't heard back from SE since 12/20. Contacted what they call Customer Support 5 times and only received bland/useless answers.
Haven't received mine either. After two tickets, waiting a week between, they just replied call customer service. Contacted them, they just said again they'll escalate it and can't tell me when or if I'll ever get it because it's a different department. Really wish Matsui would step in on this one, at least publicly if he's not already.
