Chocobo Shirt: Code has expired?

I saw a couple other people posted this problem in another thread, but no official response. Is this normal?

I just tried the code for the shirt and got the same error.

I'm going to guess since I also got this it is because the content is not released yet, either that or there is some glitch in the system

SE has mentioned that the expansion bonus reg codes won't be able to be used until after SoA goes live

what do people do that pre-ordered the ULTIMATE COLLECTION SEEKERS EDITION(se directly) but as of now have only received the mp3's and the code for activating SoA
but have not received the codes for the Destrier Beret or the Chocobo T-Shirt and have not received there dl link

I'm in the same boat; code for Seekers Ultimate Edition, code for music box, no code for Chocobo T-Shirt or Beret.

Yeah nothing in spam/junk folders. Never ordering through SE again, having to go through a third party for my downloads and not getting keys on time is no beuno.

the codes for shirt and hat are (if you pre ordered from the seekers site) on your order email after you pre ordered. Other then that i dont know where else to look. I know i have mine. and yes the shirt code says expired..... hat one took thoguh so not sure.
